CUSTOMER SERVICE:
• Provide exceptional services to donors related to fund management, including management of the hotline (phone), monitoring the donor email inbox, assisting clients making gifts and grants, trouble-shooting our donor portal, and problem solving general requests.
• Respond to donors’ routine requests and track contacts between donors and organization.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
• Support coordination and technology of virtual client events and educational forums, arranging meetings, coordinating fund reviews, and communications with donors/clients.
• Individual will also help with tracking and recording relationships with donors, building profiles of donors, and researching donors’ interest areas in donor database (SALESFORCE)
• Data entry (eg. grant recommendations, credit card gift entry) and maintenance
• Formatting donor communications
EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM two to four years customer service/relationship management experience including direct client contact. Experience with data entry (Salesforce preferred) and customer service.
