The PAYMENT PROCESSOR position of McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff, Inc. (MBW) is responsible for answering phone calls on the payment line and performing administrative duties.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processes payments and enters account information into internal systems
• Identifies and enters mail returns
• Returns checks to customer/client when payments as needed on closed accounts
• Enters bankruptcy information.
• Identifies payments and uses daily report provided by Credit Card site to identify the account and the fund the payments go to and posts credit cards in the system.
