Highlands Restaurant is located on the 71st and 72nd floors of Detroit’s most iconic landmark, The GMRENCEN, offering amazing views of Detroit. We are a multi-concept culinary destination whether you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, a quick bite and drink, or celebration something special.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality, great leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and is team-oriented. Your demeanor is calm and friendly. You lead by example.

Position:

• Banquet Captain

Compensation:

• $15 hourly + tips
• Medical benefits

Desired experience:

• 1 year of similar experience in a high volume fine casual restaurant
• Ordering, receiving, and inventory
• Staff training and motivating
• Scheduling
• Managing 5-10 people
