Counseling at Dupont is seeking a licensed, full-time therapist to join our small office of psychotherapists operating in the heart of Dupont Circle, at Connecticut and Q Streets NW (metro accessible). Counseling at Dupont provides individual, couples and group therapy services for individuals with commercial insurance, or for those who can only afford to pay a reduced fee for therapy. The role will require outreach and marketing to help with the growth of the practice.

Therapists at our office are full-time employees with benefits. We offer a no-cost healthcare plan, contribute to employees’ 403(b) plans without requiring an employee contribution, observe all federal holidays, offer paid vacation and sick time, and offer a yearly bonus in addition to an annual Cost Of Living Adjustment. We also provide five paid days per year for obtaining CEUs; the agency also covers the cost of training. All employees are covered under the agency’s general liability insurance policy. Hours and days are somewhat flexible, though therapists work two evenings per week.
