Marketing and Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong social marketing skills to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in office administration and marketing/advertising
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Experience in data entry and Microsoft Excel Required
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Previous experience in market research or other related fields
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Company Description
The McCollough Institute is a beautiful campus located inside Craft Farms golf community in Gulf Shores, AL. Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. so no evening or week-end scheduling. This particular opening is for a part-time administrative assistant with strong marketing skills. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 2:30 pm.
