WHO YOU ARE:

• Proven experience creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns
• Passion for online community building and social media communications
• You have advanced expertise in programmatic and SEM marketing
• Excellent project management skills

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent
• Experience in measuring success of campaigns with metrics tracking and analytics, through both native platforms and external tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Expertise in strategy and tactics for lead generation, engagement, and growth across all social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat and TikTok
• Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier/Rush, and others that enable you to move faster
• Knowledgeable using MailChimp or other email marketing platforms with an understanding of customer journeys and automation
• Experience implementing SEO best practices preferred

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Generating content for social media and newsletters for a variety of McCord owned brands including Generation Park, Redemption Square, Bocca + Lupo, Nimble Workspaces, Eden Salon Suites, and more as they are developed
• Creating and implementing content strategies and calendars to drive platform growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and foot traffic
• Sending newsletters targeted based on content and creating nurturing campaigns for active sales funnels
• Listening to social media for opportunities to organically engage our brands in conversation
• Setting up tracking tools and analyze data to determine the behavior of website visitors and provide insight into what adjustments can be made to increase conversion
• Collaborating and brainstorming with the team and brands to best support their goals
• Becoming an expert in McCord's industries and brands and proactively finding opportunities for clients through social media channels
• Keeping up with industry trends and emerging platforms/tools
• Maintain event calendar on brand websites, mainly RedemptionSquare.com, to ensure the community has current information on upcoming events
• Help plan and organize events at Generation Park/Redemption Square and in the community according to requirements, including researching and hiring vendors, inviting participants, creating signage, and selling sponsorships
• Monitor and oversee events from preparation and set-up through teardown to ensure adherence to planned format, compliance with regulations, cooperation between vendors, resolution of issues, and overall satisfaction of participants and sponsors
• Photograph/record events for digital marketing use
