McCraw Logistics, FedEx Ground Contractor, is URGENTLY HIRING a full time Business Contact (BC) Manager

Our contract is out of Durham, NC terminal, located at 4357 S Alston Ave, Durham, NC 27713.

Pay:

$60,000 - 80,000

Work Schedule:

Mon-Sat

Work Hours- Full time is 6 days per week,

****Manager Requirements: ***

• At least a min of 1 year of BC Manager-related experience preferred ..
• Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude to build team moral and retain drivers
• Problem solving skills - be able to make on the fly decisions if needed in the morning & also fill in on any work area needed.

Manager Responsibilities:

• Morning Dispatch

• Coordinating with terminal P&D ; along with on disputes & hand-sheets

• Coordinate and oversee operations of company vehicles

• Coordinate with drivers to ensure deliveries and pick-ups are made on time

• Assist drivers as needed

• Oversee groundcloud route navigations and KPIs

• Resolve day to day issues related to vehicular brake-downs, or mechanical failures. (correspond with mechanics etc)

• Arrive at the terminal around 7:30 am each day

• Communicate daily with AO
