Service Staff

SUMMARYTo deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers while following company service standards. We're hiring motivated, enthusiastic individuals for all positions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Primary responsibilities include:

Following company policies outlined in the Employee Orientation Manual.

· Shows respect and is polite and friendly to guests

Maintains a thorough knowledge of the menu and offers suggestions vs. “taking orders”

·

Presents the guest’s check and accurately processes the payment.

Maintains sanitation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the property

Follows training guidelines when working with new staff members

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of four years experience in a high volume restaurant. Wine knowledge a plus.

Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Hours may vary according to business needs. (typical shift ranges from 4 – 10 hours)

Ability to perform all positions on the service staff.

Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.

Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operates phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
