Service Staff

SUMMARY

This job opportunity is located in Roswell, Georgia. To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers while following company service standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Primary responsibilities include:

Following company policies outlined in the Employee Orientation Manual.

· Shows respect and is polite and friendly to guests

Maintains a thorough knowledge of the menu and offers suggestions vs. “taking an orders”

· Committed to responsible service of alcoholic beverages according to city, state and federal guidelines.

Presents guest’s check and accurately processes payment.

Maintains sanitation, cleanliness and organization throughout the property

Follows training guidelines when working with new staff members

· Bartenders Only: Prepare cocktails, beer, wine & other beverages by recipe and company guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of one year experience in a high volume restaurant.

Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Hours may vary according to business needs. (typical shift ranges from 4 – 10 hours)

Ability to perform all positions on the service staff, including delivery when needed.

Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.

Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operates phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
