We are seeking a full time manager to oversee operations at our restaurant.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure all operations are run smoothly and safely
Create shift schedules
Enforce Liquor Laws and Regulations strictly
Take WEEKLY inventory
Place orders and receive orders from vendors based on trends and projections
Build strong relationships with representatives from liquor distributors, promoters and other vendors
Build strong relationships with staff,, including security, bartenders, etc.
Hire bartenders and cocktail staff
Manage any in-house issues that arise quickly and appropriately
Regularly communicate with administrative management
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 2 years experience in a FOH or bar management position.
MUST be willing to work late nights, weekends and holidays
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand and the Company.
Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management reports, ordering and receiving inventory, and giving and receiving instructions.
Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
