Job Description

• Provide technical support for field, work from home and office staff for phones, tablets, computers, printers, etc.
• Installation & configuration of phones, tablets and computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Various IT related projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in an IT related field
• The ability to adapt to and manage change
• The ability to travel when needed (estimated at less than 10%)
