We are a team of professionals led by a broker who is focused on the real estate market and committed to ongoing, one on one training with each of our agents. This Listing Agent position will be taking over the day-to-day listing responsibilities and relationships that have been nurtured directly by our broker. The business will come from existing clients and new leads that will be provided. Incredible communication and problem-solving skills are a must for this position. Responsibilities: Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Meet with clients to determine their home wish list, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Create written purchase offers for buyer or seller clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Mentor-teach and hold agents are accountable Qualifications: Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Team player who believes their success is the team’s success At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Organized and manages time effectively • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Past sales experience is preferred • Technology-driven • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Just got your license?
