    Bilingual Loan Officer (Spanish/English) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage loan needs while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents and referral partners to generate mortgage loan leads • Conduct financial analysis to determine loan eligibility and provide suitable loan options to clients • Collect and review necessary documentation from borrowers to ensure accuracy and completeness • Guide clients through the loan application process (explaining terms, conditions and requirements) • Ensure smooth and timely loan closings for clients • Stay current with industry regulations and market trends to provide accurate and reliable information • Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and concerns in a professional manner Qualifications: • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages • Active DRE licensing and MLO license are mandatory • Proven track record of success as a Loan Officer with a strong network of referral sources • Extensive knowledge of mortgage products, loan origination processes and industry regulations • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient in relevant software applications and mortgage loan origination systems Compensation: $150,000
