    Job Description

    The Business Review Center of Expertise (COE) prepares performance evaluations (business reviews) on McDonald's licensees evaluating the organization's performance in each of the  National Franchising Standards. Business reviews are developed through collaboration with Field Office Staff, Franchising, Finance, Legal and reflect Field Office's long term franchising strategy. In Addition, the COE oversees and supports the business review processes, documentation, scheduling, and maintaining web-based applications.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are looking for a values-driven and dynamic Business Review Supervisor who is highly collaborative and well-rooted in execution proficiencies who can translate franchise strategies into critical priorities and actions. This individual should also demonstrate strategic thinking agility in reviewing data and customer insights, identifying patterns and trends, providing a perspective in accelerating franchisee and franchisor business results. COE Team members possess strong communication skills, are highly resilient, work independently, and exhibit talent proficiencies in developing themselves, colleagues, and other teams.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Deepen your knowledge and understanding of the National Franchising Standards and how they are leveraged in executing franchising strategy across the US Business.
    • Develop successful, influential partnerships with multiple field offices, franchising, and legal teams as a trusted advisor in the business review process, applications, and documentation.
    • Develop data fluency skills in identifying root cause issues while collaborating with field office staff to develop consulting strategies, solutions, and recommendations for growing business results across each National Franchising Standard.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
    • Consulting experience in either McOpCo or Field Service
    • Is familiar with the National Franchising Standards and measurements
    • Communicates effectively through strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrates high energy and enthusiasm
    • Self-Starter and can work independently and meet or exceed established deadlines, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and weigh the business's impact appropriately.
    • Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to continuous learning
