    Job Description

    The Finance Transformation team currently has an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in a position that offers a detailed perspective on McDonald’s real estate & franchisee accounting and administration processes. The role will focus on the market deployment, training, and providing support to international finance teams within the McDonald’s global lease accounting system, IBM’s TRIRIGA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide consultancy and act as a SME on the implementation of the global lease system solution, IBM’s TRIRIGA
    • Work with international markets to test localization requirements TRIRIGA and provide feedback to the system development teams related to additional design requirements
    • Perform data input, review, and analytics for market data migration
    • Assist in development of training materials and work directly with the primary users of the system for readiness and go-live
    • Partner with key customers to produce management information, including dashboards and KPI reports, to illustrate leasing portfolios and support senior decision making
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
    • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
    • IBM TRIRIGA or Lease Accounting experience is highly preferred
    • CPA is preferred
    • Knowledge of French or Italian is preferred
