Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage through a cross-functional team to deliver results from direct employees and indirect reporting relationships
• Investigate and understand detailed drivers of spending within the IT business units, and support strategies to manage and report CAPEX, OPEX, and Project costs of over $200 Million in spend annually with impact to the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Financial business partner for various Technology Sub-Towers (IT Business Operations, IT Infrastructure, IT Applications, etc.)
• Facilitate processes surrounding the long-range plan, annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly variance analysis within Global Technology
• Oversee month end close and projection process, including variance analysis and monthly reporting
• Financial consulting on savings opportunities and project spend prioritization
• Assist with various ad-hoc requests and special projects (e.g. Cost saving model scenarios, risks and opportunities
• Correlate large amounts of financial data into meaningful cross-functional business discussions

Qualifications

• Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of working experience post undergraduate degree
• Cost management and budgetary planning experience
• Strong aptitude with financial systems
• Proficient with complex Excel models and macros
• Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technology Finance experience a plus
