Global Restaurant Solutions Group (RSG) supports markets to ensure they have operational solutions that solve the needs of today, while looking ahead to our future. They help our system Run Great Restaurants with best-in-class testing and insights, operational standards, restaurant technology and global deployment. 

    As an RSG Intern, expect to contribute to system-impacting solutions, help shape content for market leaders, and provide end user feedback. Grow professionally by strengthening communication skills, expanding business operational knowledge, and influencing at a higher level to help prepare you for future career opportunities.

    Qualifications

    You are a strong candidate if you:

    • Are a JUNIOR working towards your Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023
    • Are pursuing a preferred major including: COMMUNICATIONS, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
    • Have a college GPA of AT LEAST 3.0
    • Are COMMITTED TO A CULTURE OF INCLUSIVENESS with an interest in working with cross-functional global teams
    • Are a STRONG CRITICAL AND CREATIVE THINKER
    • Have STRONG COMMUNICATION (WRITTEN AND VERBAL) AND PRESENTATION DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
    • Possess STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL for communication/presentation development and for testing of technology tools
    • Have a PASSION FOR INNOVATION AND STRATEGIC PROBLEM SOLVING
    • Want to IMPACT THE MODERN ERA OF MCDONALD’S
    • Able to ADAPT TO CHANGING PRIORITIES AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
    • Have an INTEREST IN TECHNOLOGY AND/OR DATA ANALYTICS
    • Are proficient in MICROSOFT OFFICE, PARTICULARLY EXCEL AND POWERPOINT
    • Can WORK MONDAY-FRIDAY DURING ALL 10 WEEKS of the internship (6/6 - 8/12)
    • MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date

    HOW YOU’LL BE COMPENSATED

    You’ll be lovin’ your compensation which will include:

    • $25/Hour (Expect to work 40 hrs each week)
    • Housing Stipend
    • Access to our world-class headquarters and facilities (gym, company events, rooftop patio)
    • Company-sponsored networking and social events
    • Eligibility for Summer Hours
