    Job Description

    As the Global Talent Systems Manager, you will create greater business value and partnership to our employees as we build a world class talent experience at McDonald’s. To accelerate our employee experience priorities, you will strengthen the strategic vision and our digital talent platforms in partnership with our Global People Talent Center of Excellence. You will become the product owner of our Corporate Applicant Tracking and Talent Management technologies.  You will prioritize initiatives across the digital talent experience including attraction, onboarding, performance, and leadership planning among other areas. You will ensure that our processes and systems day to day deliver a simple and easy talent experience. In this role, you will join our HR Operations Team in the Global People function and will report to the Sr. Director of HR Operations.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Support digital Talent experience – lead, source, select and work with our HR/Talent technology vendor partners to create an extraordinary experience.
    • Work on Global Talent digital program deployments, executing process and technology to enhance the employee experience.
    • You will support recruiting, onboarding, organizational talent and performance digital platforms
    • Ensure that our recruiting and talent data is maintained to support business reporting.
    • Facilitate and coordinate with Talent strategy owners and other stakeholders to drive digital design decisions for deployments.
    • As needed, contribute to special projects related to talent technology, process management, reporting and insights.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • Strong Talent subject matter expertise and experience including talent processes, data, current talent software technologies, tools and trends.
    • Experience with ATS and Global HCM talent solutions – must have been a product owner of global talent technologies
    • An energetic individual who can meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment, with the ability and skill to quickly change priorities to meet the needs of the business.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to establish relationships and influence across broad range of internal/external customers, including executives.
    • Strong facilitation, process improvement and project management skills.
    • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions or concepts into simple, significant messaging for non-technical audiences.
    • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, etc.)
