    Job Description

    Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) is a multi-year transformation to enable Global Finance to achieve its vision of being a strategic advisor to the business where Finance is shaping and leading critical pivotal initiatives across the enterprise, driving growth and enterprise value. This program focuses on all aspects of Finance, including transformation across our people, processes, operating model, and technology. GF Mod will improve the employee experience and allow Finance to deliver a more seamless and consistent experience to its customers.

    The Planning Support – LRP (FP&A) role is responsible for helping to drive the design and delivery of a comprehensive solution for Long Range Planning process and technology. This person will help gather critical needs and pain points in the current Planning ecosystem, then support the design and ultimate delivery of the process & technology solutions to address those challenges.

    The Planning Support – LRP role will report to the Planning Lead & help to plan and execute key project engagement sessions, such as design workshops. They will help drive solution delivery, as well as communications with project leadership to ensure informed and timely decision-making.

    • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand Planning needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
    • Lead the Planning for and execution of workshops to co-create and align on the future state Long Range Planning solution
    • Help create updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on project progress, achievements, and potential risks/challenges
    • Help to create design documents, including requirements, key design decisions, and process flows
    • Support the development of a Long Range Planning solution architecture that meets user requirements efficiently and for scale
    • Work collaboratively in cross-functional team of data engineers, modelers, and developers to deliver the Planning solution; setting clear goals and ensuring effective communication
    • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business teams to address challenges that arise during implementation to ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets goals
    • Support change management efforts to ensure users adopt and can effectively use the Planning solution
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience with Planning tools such as Oracle EPBCS or Anaplan
    • 3+ years of FP&A experience required
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred
    • Experience helping to deliver complex programs
    • Experience with financial / accounting data structures and systems
    • Ability to solve problems rapidly and logically
    • Ability to effectively develop executive level communications
    • Ability to create clear, effective design documents
    • Ability to successfully communicate with end users of varying seniority, as well as business and functional team members
