Restaurant Design & Construction Manager, CosMc's
Job Description
The Restaurant Design + Construction Manager is responsible for all aspects of CosMc's pilot store projects, from concept plans through construction. This role will perform and oversee design and construction activities including planning, project management, execution, building materials and methods, and evaluating costs to ensure successful completion of the pilot program. The design + construction manager will also play critical role in the refinement of the concept to be fit for scale.
The ideal candidate will be a strong performer, with expertise in and knowledge of multiple disciplines with a focus on construction management while not being limited by historical approaches. The candidate will also have an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity and agile ways of working, and openness to evolving their own role and responsibilities as we continue to ensure our pilot team’s Development function is fit for purpose.

Location flexible but must have access to major airport and ability to travel up to 60% across U.S. geographies. (Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio in near term)
