    Job Description

    McDonald’s is seeking an expert hands-on Contract Corporate Recruiter to join our Global Talent team for a 2 year assignment. You will be support full cycle recruitment for Change Management, Organization Design and Data & Analytics. You will report to the Talent Attraction Manager and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization.

    In this role, you will be supporting the McDonald’s Global Business Services Global People & Finance Team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs primarily at the manager level and above
    • Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent
    • Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria
    • Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process
    • Maintain best practices throughout the client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching and updates
    • Build business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners
    • Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPs
    • Possible oversight of a Jr. Recruiter and / or Candidate Experience Coordinator
    • Possible engagement on recruiting projects; such as an ATS implementation or new technology
    • Responsible for pulling reports and abiding to metrics and SLAs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Full-cycle recruitment experience in either an agency or corporate environment
    • Experience recruiting for high volume projects within transformation/implementation, Change Management, Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness, or Data & Analytics
    • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and solid knowledge of technology (i.e. SmartRecruiters, Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to thrive as an independent contributor working as a consultant to hiring managers
    • Ability to manage approximately 15-20+ requisitions concurrently, with solid attention to detail and prioritization.
