    DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

    McDonald’s is constantly in pursuit of crafting the most memorable experience for guests, creating unbreakable relationships and trust. These days, that requires cutting-edge, innovative digital initiatives that deliver the fastest, easiest, most seamless, and personalized journey. As part of the newly formed Customer Experience function, the Loyalty and Engagement team drives this offense to connect the McDonald’s Brand and products with consumers in new and more powerful ways. At the heart of the digital growth engine is the MyMcDonald’s Reward program, which aims to be the largest and most engaging Loyalty program in the world – and is well on its way there with over 300M members in more than 40 countries.  The program provides personalized value to our members with a pipeline of bold moves to accelerate consumer connections while driving incremental growth and profitability for the McDonald’s brand.

    WHY WE’LL HIRE YOU

    You are a strong candidate if you:

    • Are a JUNIOR working towards your Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023
    • Major in one of the following (preferred): BUSINESS, MARKETING, ECONOMICS, DATA ANALYTICS
    • Have a college GPA OF AT LEAST 3.0
    • Have PASSION FOR DRIVING CONSUMER-CENTRIC GROWTH AND LIFETIME VALUE THROUGH ACCELERATION OF DIGITAL BUSINESS MODELS
    • Can work MONDAY-FRIDAY during ALL 10 WEEKS of the internship (June 7 – August 13)
    • Have strong COMMUNICATION SKILLS that adapt based on your audience
    • Are COMMITTED TO A CULTURE OF INCLUSIVENESS
    • Want to IMPACT THE MODERN ERA OF MCDONALD’S
    • MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date
