    Job Description

    In this Technical Product Analyst role, you will work with our internal End User Infrastructure and Operations (EUIO) team along with key customers and supplier partners to identify business needs in supporting and creating solutions within the Collaboration Solutions area on the Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage, and Power Platform - PowerBI, Power Apps and Power Automate). You will provide end-to-end delivery of these solutions, integrating McDonald’s Global Technology standards and methodologies.

    Responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to the following :

    • Proven self-starter. Takes initiative to implement continuous process improvements. Comfortably operates with minimal direction.
    • Demonstrates skills in the area of customer relationship management.
    • Establishes and strengthens links with key individuals around the company and in all areas of the world; seeks to build trust through a professional demeanor, confidence, and a terrific work ethic.
    • Effectively communicates with all levels of staff, including teammates, leadership, customers, and vendors/partners.
    • Understands the importance of leading change initiatives and works to ensure customer understanding and ownership over solutions.
    • Responds to requests for assistance from users; completes user requests in a timely manner.
    • Confirmed project management skills – delivers timely and within project budget, leads scope, appropriately sets customer expectations, provides regular status reports, and resolves issues quickly.
    • Engages in continuous learning - actively researches software upgrades and new functionality. Innovates and makes recommendations for the latest SharePoint software.
    • Expand and optimize current capabilities by implementing Enterprise Edition features, including dashboards, critical metrics, and reporting services.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is REQUIRED.
    • 3-5 years’ experience as a shown problem solver in a complex organization
    • 3+ years’ experience in Full life-cycle software development
    • 3+ years’ experience of coordinating and managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams

    Desired Skills:

    • Strong analytic background with high attention to detail
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills - needed to work with project managers, business partners, agencies, vendors, suppliers, and technology team members.
    • PMP certification a plus
    • Office 365 user experience strongly preferred.
    • Team / resource management is a plus.
    • Exposure to vendor relationship management
    • Consulting skills are a plus.
    • Proven teamwork technology skills
    • Familiar with Power Platform specifically in Power BI
