Job Description
In this Technical Product Analyst role, you will work with our internal End User Infrastructure and Operations (EUIO) team along with key customers and supplier partners to identify business needs in supporting and creating solutions within the Collaboration Solutions area on the Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage, and Power Platform - PowerBI, Power Apps and Power Automate). You will provide end-to-end delivery of these solutions, integrating McDonald’s Global Technology standards and methodologies.

- Engages in continuous learning - actively researches software upgrades and new functionality. Innovates and makes recommendations for the latest SharePoint software.
- Expand and optimize current capabilities by implementing Enterprise Edition features, including dashboards, critical metrics, and reporting services.
