(THIS ROLE IS BASED REMOTELY AND CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA)
The Field People Manager ensures the market people strategy is consistent with the needs of the business. Builds strong relationships and consults with market leadership to ensure people strategies and initiatives are aligned with and drive a high performance people focused culture. Shares the responsibility of orchestrating key people initiatives across the market as needed. Plays a lead role in protecting the brand, consultant to Owner/Operators and provides staff HR support. Key Customers include the Field Office Officers and department head team, Field Office Leadership Council, Field Office Staff and Owner/Operators.

Qualifications
Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Being able to lead teams from a remote setting and open to extensive travel
