Job Description

Our Restaurant File Management (RFM) team is looking for a Business Technical Analyst to join the team! This Business Technical Analyst will have the opportunity to be involved in the core team that creates, deploys, and manages menu items for all U.S. McDonalds stores.

• Partner with business owners to understand business objectives and define the business and functional requirements
• Deliver high quality business and functional requirements to the RFM teams for the purpose of completing the design, test, and implementation phases of the project life cycle
• Coordinate and participate in review; revisions; changes; enhancements; testing; documentation; and member notification of RFM product enhancements and/or business opportunities
• Document and coordinate changes and enhancements of products and services and prepare and/or present documentation of business/technical presentations
• Participate and influence Menu Category, Innovation, and Marketing teams to support RFM initiatives
• Develop project schedules, communicate deadlines, implement project deadlines, and creatively solve issues to ensure project are completed within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) for COVID-19 and, if hired, present proof of vaccination by start date.
• Ability to build strong relationship, be collaborative and show organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
• Represent strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Advanced Microsoft Suite experience (i.e., Excel, Visio, Power BI)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies with CAPM or PMP certification highly preferred
• Knowledge of quality and testing principles (i.e., positive, negative, regression testing)
