    Job Description

    The Deployment Services Team is looking for a Technology Deployment Manager to act as an operations and technology liaison overseeing and running new and existing restaurant technology for the point-of-sale system. The Manager will coordinate between Operations and Technology teams providing interpretation and feedback throughout the lifecycle of a feature request.

    Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the point of contact for all business and technology team collaborations involving software technology requests and implementation
    • Coordinate and align with PMO Project Manager for any cross-product initiatives and clarify deployment requirements
    • Create and run project, deployment and communication plans to coordinate initiatives across technology and operations with schedule input from various Manager partner teams
    • Responsible for understanding and identifying risks, issues, potential delays for deployment projects
    • Build and maintain relationships with Business and US Technology team partners and supervise status of any business-as-usual (BAU) activity and stakeholder management
    • Attend Organizational Change Management (OCM) deployment scheduling meeting to provide feedback on conflict check between initiatives and deployment
    • Manage deployment ‘definition of done’ and measure and report on deployment completion
    • Update and maintain knowledge management repository for team
    • Provide input and feedback to leadership to communicate issues, assist with implementation of changes that will better assist restaurants and customers
    • Demonstrable track record of deployment of solutions into a market
    • 3+ years’ experience in project management, experience in deployment roll out across network of geographically dispersed and high number of restaurant sites preferred
    • Ability to develop and manage project schedules, communicate deadlines, enforce project deadlines and creatively solve issues
    • Able to work with culturally diverse teams across levels in a global organization and in an extensively outsourced environment
    • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, organized and meticulous
    • Recognize and communicate areas of opportunity for product, process and service improvements

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required or work experience equivalent
    • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI desired
    • Superb communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in easy-to-understand business friendly language
    • Ability to understand business challenges, drive process improvements and translate into solutions
    • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
    • Highly self-motivated and directed
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Creative thinker able to look to the future beyond the way things have typically been done
