CONTROLLER’S DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Controller position reports to the President of McEnany Roofing and has a primary responsibility for the management of all accounting functions and financial processes for McEnany Roofing, McEnany Contracting, and McEnany Landholding. This includes:

• Supervision of the accounts payable and payroll positions.
• Developing accounting processes and procedures to safeguard company assets and
• Ensuring the accurate accounting of all operations in the form of financial results in a timely manner to management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the management of computer systems, computer hardware, and office equipment.
• Developing productive relationships with all levels of McEnany Roofing management.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with banks, investment companies, outside CPA firms, insurance companies, attorneys, and customers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the Constructions industry is a PLUS
• College Degree
• Someone with really good accounting skills who can produce financial statements, WIP (Work in progress) reports, a willingness to learn, and grow with us
• Forecasting, KPIG anything that can help prepare us for short term and long-term cash flow, etc.

OFFERED SALARY AND OTHER COMPENSATION:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer $80,000 - $100,000. Additionally, we offer
