    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Seek and Develop New Business as Required to Maintain Sales Goals
    • Meet with Clients to Determine the Scope of Work Requested
    • Produce Innovative & Creative Designs & Prepare the Project Portfolio
    • Collaborate with the Estimator to Create the Proposal
    • Present the Project Portfolio and Proposal to the Client
    • Make Any Adjustments to the Design
    • Obtain A Deposit with the Signed Proposal
    • Communicate Effectively with the Client Throughout the Sales/Design Process
    • Obtain all Necessary Permits
    • Conduct Pre-Production Meetings to Ensure Design Integrity & to Provide a Seamless Transition from Sales to Installation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A Minimum of 2 Years’ Design/Industry Experience
    • Proficient in Vectorworks, AutoCad, Microsoft Office and SketchUp or similar softwares
    • A Command of the Technical Requirements to Produce Sound Designs
    • A Keen Eye for Details
