30% High-end residential

The main goal for this role at the start, and overtime
Operationally – take 90% of the day-to-day construction operation and back-office oversight from General Manager and 100% from Business Development Manager
Take our installs from a B- to an A, A+
Possible travel:
East Texas, Tyler, Kansas, Washington, one-offs Average 4-5 times a year
Trade Shows- 3-4 year “COVID removed”
HR Responsibilities:
Be a part of the process of recruiting, hiring, and disciplinary
Help grow our reputation as the high-end installers of our services, and products in our market, through quality installations, and gathering proactive review’s from completed jobs
Increase our Gross Margin from 29% to 33-35% through crew productivity, reducing callbacks/repairs, better sourcing, and supply chain efficiencies, minimizing waste, etc.
