    JOB DESCRIPTION: RESEARCHER

     

    You’ll be in charge of:

    • Developing structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on the target audience for:
      • Building general brand awareness
      • Securing new clients & job orders
      • Attracting qualified candidates to fill positions faster.
    • Setting up news alerts from all primary job boards for all types of positions placed; disseminate those postings daily to the appropriate recruiter and track all on a running spreadsheet that can be referenced for ongoing marketing
    • Market Research and Compilation of Universities, Trade Schools, Educational and Certification Programs
    • Developing structured, cyclical Email & Linked-In Inmail campaigns
    • Taking compiled data and categorizing prospective candidates and clients into narrowly defined groups depending on segment
    • Overseeing research studies/programs
    • Conducting market mapping exercises by geography and title and perform high-level analysis and summaries of research findings
    • Consistently maintaining, cleaning and organizing various CRM & database platforms
    • Setting up automatic alerts/notifications on tools like LinkedIn to keep track of people changing careers and/or moving into new positions
    • Gathering CTR (click through rate) data from platforms such as the website and Mailchimp in order to better target people that already expressed some interest by clicking on something they received
    • Managing company newsfeeds on various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Performing data aggregation and organization projects followed up with outbound communication on behalf of Company or individual stakeholders
    • Coordinating event, speaking and sponsorship logistics

     

     

    You’ll be responsible for:

     

    • Posting positions on job boards as appropriate
    • Drafting email & LinkedIn InMail messages and develop campaigns to reach out to, and follow up with, prospective candidates
    • Managing job projects in Crelate (our Applicant Tracking System), including updating candidate status and uploading resumes when received
    • Performing initial candidate screens, testing for both substantive and cultural fit
    • Providing recommendations to the Executive Search Associate on talent options for active jobs
    • Scheduling screens with Executive Recruiters as necessary
    • Communicating with candidates throughout recruitment campaign and maintain ongoing relationships. This includes advising on updates and next steps, and acting as the liaison between client and candidate to schedule interviews
