Looking for an accomplished Operations Manager to manage landscape maintenance and construction for a premier landscape firm in Washington.

We are seeking a confident, competitive, proactive self-starter that has enthusiastic, driven and client-oriented with experience in the Landscape Industry. This individual will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the client satisfaction, quality of services and execution of assigned landscape construction projects. The Operations Manager is responsible for excellent client and team communication, site quality assurance, estimating and presenting changes or updates to clients as well as coordinating and leading work that will provide successful completion of assigned projects. The Operations Manager is always looking for opportunities to be helpful, solve problems, and enrich the experience of a client.

Candidates must be able to build a relationship with the client to create the vision for the ongoing technical completion of specifications given for construction, creative thinking to problem solve when challenges arise while being able to communicate the vision and expectations to the clients.’ and assist in the completion of landscape installations and provide direction for maintenance teams.
