Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Designer/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces for residential clients, as well as promoting and selling our services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their outdoor space requirements and design preferences
- Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and needs
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for the proposed landscape design
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of the landscape design
- Conduct site visits to monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with design plans
- Sell landscaping products, such as plants and hardscaping materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and new products to offer innovative solutions to clients
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive and effective sales and design strategy.
Requirements:
- A degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in landscape design and sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, LMN, and Adobe Creative Suite
- A passion for design and a strong sense of creativity
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
