    Join Future Research Corporation in support of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) in Huntsville , Alabama. This work supports a product development project. We are currently looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

    Software Developer (Mobile App Developer) with a BS/BA and 7-10 years of experience.

    Mobile application development for the iOS or Android OS is required.

    Web application development using Java, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, MySQL or other web based development tools on a Window or Linux based system is a plus. Experience with system interfaces utilizing web services or other API is beneficial.

    Secret Clearance is required or must be obtained. Having a DoD Directive 8570 Certification such as a CompTIA Security+ and other computing environment certification is a plus

    Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • -An Associate''s degree in information security, information systems, or commensurate experience
    • -One year of experience in information security and three years of system administration experience with a passion for cyber security
    • -A passion for continuous learning
    • -Experience with two or more security-related applications like Nessus, nmap, Kali, syslog, Metasploit, etc. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • -Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, email filtering, endpoint encryption, MDM
    • -Experience with regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA, SOX, PCI DSS, etc.
    • -Experience with batch, Powershell, and/or development in Visual Studio
    • -Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • -One or more information security certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISA, CISSP, or commensurate experience
    • -Military experience is plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT:
    • -Frequent walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing, and pulling.
    • -Must be capable of performing the Essential Job Functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
