POSITION SUMMARY:
AS MARKETING COORDINATOR, YOU WILL SUPPORT MARKETING + ADVERTISING ACTIVITIES FOR EACH OF THE COMPANY’S THREE BRANDS: PENZONE SALONS + SPAS, ROYAL RHINO CLUB BARBERSHOP & LOUNGE AND L I T LIFE + YOGA. YOU WILL WORK DIRECTLY WITH MANY CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO MARKET OUR BRANDS ACROSS A VARIETY OF CHANNELS. THIS POSITION OFFERS TREMENDOUS HANDS-ON LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND A MULTITUDE OF TASKS IN A FAST PACED, CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Collaborate on execution of various marketing + promotional campaigns.
- Develop, coordinate + maintain content for our various brands, including, but not limited to our website, blogs, app notifications, digital salon displays + more.
- Collaborate on email programming for all brands.
- Design + create various visual assets to support business needs.
- Manage print inventory to support salon operations.
- Collaborate on Company’s philanthropic initiatives.
- Oversee guest referral program.
- General administrative + reporting tasks.
Required Skills
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS + ABILITIES:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or equivalent experience
- Copywriting and copy editing
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and various email platforms
- Familiarity with various social channels
- High degree of initiative + ownership
- Able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite + basic photography skills are a plus
