    We seek a strategic, charismatic and polished account supervisor to assist in managing a significant agency account. It helps if you know where to find a routing number on a check. The ideal candidate will have worked and climbed the ranks at a reputable, creatively revered agency; specifically, a place that’s built a culture around developing big ideas. Digital and non-traditional experience are crucial to the role. You’d drop right into all of that and would need to lead the team and clients through.Responsibilities:

    Run projects with multiple client-side contributors, from inception through production; drive a collaborative process

    Nurture and protect an environment for business-building creative

    Show proficiency in strategy, media, creative development, production and finance

    Drive workflow across multiple teams, projects, partner agencies and clients, enabling productive collaboration

    Host client meetings, unaided, advancing brand causes

    Build the agency’s unique brand of respect, trust, partnership and contribution through your own intrinsic style

    Develop persuasive points of view with appropriate tact and skillful communication

    Demonstrate an attention to detail that upholds the agency’s quality standard

    Feed an appetite for the industry, improving the craft

    Come to work like an entrepreneur — with ideas for enhancing how we work

    Requirements:

    6-8 years of experience at an innovative agency (client experience is good, too, but majority must be agency-side)

    Confident written and verbal communication skills; an active listener

    Impeccable execution under tight timelines

    Knack for dedicating oneself to details while maintaining global operational vision

    Ability to develop and deliver compelling internal and client-facing presentations

    Creative problem-solving orientation and an unflappable sense of possibility

    Thick skin and a steady hand

    Strong creative intuition and great relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients

    Relentless curiosity

    Rabid aversion to settling for “good enough”

    This is a unique opportunity working with a cherished client partner. We’re excited to add another member to the team. This account supervisor will report directly to the group account director. It’s a very flat structure. A really great fit for a go-getter. Lots of rope.
