We’re looking for a full-time graphic design lead who will passionately pursue big ideas, regardless of project size. You’re a full-on culture vulture who’s digitally fluent, geek-obsessed, collaborative and inspiring. Oh, and you’re a pretty great person to work with.

Responsibilities:

Work with McJ’s creative teams across disciplines to concept and design original, effective and on-brief creative across multiple platforms for assigned accounts

Take ownership, lead projects and be open to critique

Grow and develop relationships with clients

Create and deliver compelling presentations that sell

Requirements:

5–15 years of experience in a design shop/agency creative role

A killer portfolio that shows brand building across multiple touch points

Conceptual thinker with an open mind and a keen eye for detail

Previous experience building client relationships

Nice to have:

Experience or passion in the field of gaming/esports

Previous leadership experience

Illustration skills
