    This hire will rely on our incumbent ECD, design director and experience director for guidance and daily creative group leadership.

    Responsibilities:

    Guide creative solutions (assigned and unsolicited) that advance our clients’ businesses and brand advocacy and, as a result, generate fame for the agency

    Inspire the organization around our unified creative vision and daily purpose

    Demonstrate a passion for innovation (insights, invention, hacks, mashups) and results (KPIs, analytics, optimization)

    Disrupt traditional thinking with a feverish bent toward technology

    Foster trusting client relationships rooted in respect for the brand, each other and great work – fueled by shared ambition

    Lead decisively; provide clear direction toward the mission

    Mentor the craft of creativity across groups; further our culture of collaboration, nurturing contributions at each exchange

    Present with contagious enthusiasm and effective rationale; acknowledge the amount of inertia big ideas face – and have a plan to overcome

    Evolve the creative development process, leaning into the desire for more midlevel autonomy and fewer approval layers; explore ways to scale creative vision and judgment

    Requirements:

    10+ years of standout creative achievement; a handful of years directing teams, growing talent and leading brand change (inside or outside of an agency)

    An early adopter and curious tinkerer, quick to examine new trends, technologies and experiences

    Prevailing knowledge of social media platforms and behaviors, interaction practices and modern production techniques

    Vibrant on a podium or in an interview; possesses a drive to address the industry

    Strong competency in both conceptual thinking and design (UX and graphic)

    Challenges norms but also invests in seeking perspective

    An appetite for elite national and global impact

    Respect for existing leadership and cultural achievements
