    We are looking for a media planner for one of our key accounts to help manage planning and execution across all channels, with a heavy focus on digital media.

    This role requires organizational skills and adaptability. We’re looking for a passionate individual who is thorough and diligent to help flawlessly execute and track media campaigns. This person should be enthusiastic about collaboration with different McGarrah Jessee disciplines and overly communicates needs to ensure campaign executions are done effectively and efficiently.

    Broad experience and understanding across digital media channels will be necessary to help guide planning. Experience with or quick learning of campaign management tools is a must and knowledge of traditional media channels is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    Stay up-to-date on vendor offerings and new opportunities. Maintain a system for sharing vendor information with engagement and other teams.

    Identify opportunities to use media in new ways, test new creative opportunities and explore client solutions that fall outside of traditional media.

    Support the team in asset creation, ensuring creative is properly tailored and sized for each media channel.

    Support the team in planning, providing insight and key learnings pulled from analytics and market knowledge, as well as from additional research and collaboration with internal teams.

    Ongoing vendor communication and campaign implementation including entering buys into Basis, sending tags, continuous Q&A, working with analytics to set up tracking, etc.

    Maintaining organized and accurate media flowcharts, budget documents and billing details.

    Assist in compiling media data for clients, analyzing performance based on a tailored set of KPIs, generating weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting highlights.

    Requirements:

    1-2 years of experience in media planning using multi-channel strategies with varying KPIs

    Experience tracking annual and/or monthly budgets, making sure spend is both efficient and effective

    Passion for new/emerging media technologies and ability to engage strategically and tactically across platforms

    Excellent analysis, reporting and problem-solving skills

    Excellent oral and written communications, organization and planning skills

    Bachelor’s degree
