We’re looking for an experiential and print producer with 1–3 years of experience.
This producer will work on the execution of just about anything the creative teams can come up with. That includes event and field activations, out-of-home and printed pieces and even some content for social. The producer must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be solutions-oriented and have an acute attention to detail. In addition to a positive attitude to fit the culture, the candidate must be self-sufficient yet contribute as a team member.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate best-in-class vendors and partners
Quickly source and research venue/vendor contacts and logistics; constantly and consistently build personal vendor and personnel/partner databases to stay on the cutting edge of what’s new and refreshing in the industry
Negotiate with vendors within budget and timelines
Manage all costs with minimal unexpected fees (rush/late fees, staffing, materials and site costs)
Use available people (internal and external) and tools (technology, spaces) to produce high-quality work on-time and on-budget
Understand the roles of all team members and agency functions and effectively interact with all disciplines
Coordinate site visits and internal and external meetings to accommodate all parties
Work with other partners (creative and strategy) to accomplish the project in the best way, continually encouraging possibilities and alternate solutions when needed
Set timeline/budget with all parties involved and communicate standard for good work
Produce reports on client event specifics in an organized manner with all relevant event details
Ensure all documents are clearly organized and accurate
Independently collect materials for post-event recap to input into reports; use company systems to properly manage and track owned events
Requirements:
Agency or field marketing experience preferred
1–3 years of relevant experience in a client service-oriented role, ideally in experiential and print
Experience with direct-to-consumer brands
Government experience preferred
Background check required
Comfortable with creating, leading and delivering presentations
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
