Job Description
We are a mid-size law firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our North Brunswick office. The ideal candidate must have a professional appearance, prior office experience and live within 30 minutes of North Brunswick, NJ.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am. - 5:00 pm.
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Answering phones and taking accurate messages;
· Running office errands to courts, bank and post office;
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail;
· Providing clerical support to attorneys and paralegals;
· Preparation of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel;
· Ordering office supplies.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office;
· Ability to handle multiple projects and function independently as well as part of a team;
· Organizational skills;
· Ability to lift boxes up to 20 lbs.
