We are seeking a dedicated On-Call Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating on-call schedules to ensure seamless coverage and responsiveness. Your organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities will be key in maintaining a reliable on-call system. Responsibilities:

Answer and address incoming calls and texts from staff and clients or client family members

Coordinate with team leads and managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.

Utilize scheduling software to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor and analyze on-call data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure awareness of schedule and condition changes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in scheduling or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with scheduling software and tools (WellSky/ClearCare)

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stressful situations.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in scheduling.

Availability to address on-call scheduling issues outside regular business hours.

Be available to potentially go out on shifts during on-call as needed

Be available for a week of in-person orientation and training upon hire
