About this Case: Non-verbal (communicates with tablet) male client with ALS that lives in his home with his wife in Venice. There are two larger, friendly dogs in the home that need walked.

Schedule: TBD when we have the right fit, open for discussion

Responsibilities:

Bathing: Client has an outdoor solar heated shower device

Dressing & Grooming

Light Housekeeping: Dishwasher, living areas, empty trash, laundry

Nutrition Support and Meals

Toileting

Medication Reminders

Pet Care: Walk both friendly dogs

Mobility & Transfer Assistance: Slide Board, Hoyer, Electric Wheelchair - ONLY transfer with Wife's assistance

Job Requirements: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Clear English) Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Reliable Transportation Current CPR and Current TB Test Willingness to complete a Level 2 Background Check ALS & Hoyer Experience is REQUIRED
