Schedule: 12-hour shifts day or night in North Port for client in Memory Care

Duties:

• Assist with medication reminders, report discrepancies

• Provide patient care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Transferring of patients as needed using proper body mechanics

• Care for individuals with Dementia or memory impairments

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and employees

• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding

• Provide care in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or private residences

Job Requirements: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Current CPR and Current TB Test Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Transportation Willingness to complete a Level 2 Background Check
