About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team at McKenney Home Care! As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We service Sarasota, Venice, North Port and all surrounding areas.

Schedule: Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's 7am-7pm for a woman in Nokomis. Requires Female LPN

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Assist with feeding tube

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation

Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the RN

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Document all care provided and communicate with the care team

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of Florida

Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance & Transportation

Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
