    About the Role:

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our TEAM as a Scheduling Coordinator with McKenney Home Care. As a leading home care provider in Venice, FL, we are dedicated to providing top-quality care to our clients and creating a positive work environment for all of our employees.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain Client and Caregiver schedules, ensuring all shifts are properly staffed

    Communicate with Clients and Caregivers to coordinate schedules and address any scheduling conflicts

    Help answer incoming calls and text messages from Clients and Caregivers

    Collaborate with the TEAM to ensure client needs are met and schedules are optimized

    Requirements:

    Prior experience in scheduling for In-Home Care

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    Ability to work both independently and as a TEAM
