Responsibilities:

Report to the Director of Nursing

Conduct Med Box Pours

Complete Start of Care Assessments

Complete Client Reassessments

Complete Supervisory Visits on Care Staff

Documentation in WellSky platform

Certification Requirements:

Valid Florida RN License

Current CPR Certification

TB Test within the last 6 months

Current AHCA Background Screening

Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Reliable Transportation
