McLURE’S HONEY & MAPLE PRODUCTS Littleton, NH Immediate Full Time Opening McLure’s Honey & Maple Syrup is a leader in process manufacturing and distribution of quality branded and private label Honey & Maple Syrup. We are a family-owned company known for our excellent customer service and product quality. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE The position requires a CSR who can respond to a high volume of inbound calls and E-mail orders; provide information about our products, confirm orders and shipping details. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service thru follow up on and ensuring quality results. Essential Job Functions:

• Support customer calls, inside sales, broker accounts and provide information on our products. Knowledge in inventory control, logistics/routing, and understand customer concerns and needs.
• Process purchase orders and invoices, communicate via phone, email and e-commerce. Able to develop strong relationships and foster a positive company image

Requirements for Position:

• Prefer post HS Education in Business or related subjects.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Demonstrate your attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication (written/verbal) and follow through skills
• Self-motivated, team player, can multi-task well, and enjoy project management
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to change within a team environment
