    Role Description: We're in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service both in person and over the phone. Your duties include answering phones, assisting customers with inquiries, providing quotes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a friendly showroom environment. This position offers a mix of customer interaction and administrative tasks, making for an engaging work environment.

    Required Qualifications:

    Strong customer service skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.

    Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

    Ability to efficiently handle phone inquiries, provide quotes, and resolve customer issues.

    Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Comfortable performing occasional physical tasks in the showroom.

    Ideally located within a 30-minute commute of the workplace.

    Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

    Utilize basic computer skills effectively.

    Maintain a welcoming showroom with attention to detail and organization.

    Consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

    Willingly assist in other areas as needed.

    Handle phone calls and communicate with customers courteously.

    Ensure all customers have a positive experience while in our store.

    Hours:

    Full-time position: Monday to Saturday, 7:45 am to 5:15 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Store hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

    Benefits Include:

    Health benefits available after 90 days.

    Vacation time accrual based on accrued hours, starting after 90 days.

    Competitive pay rate: $18 per hour.
