We are seeking a highly qualified Databricks Developer to become an integral part of our team! If you have experience implementing the Data Fabric Architecture using Azure Data Factory, Databricks & ADLS, we are looking for YOU!

Any prior exposure to SAP R3 and Datasphere will be a definite plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements data pipelines and transformations on DataBricks.
• Integrates data from various sources into the Databricks environment.
• Ensures code quality, optimization and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborates with architects and business analysts to validate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related field.

Required Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
• Ability to openly and quickly communicate and seek help when needed.
• Strong organizational skills.

Required Technology Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of in-depth experience in Databricks development and data engineering.
• Very good understanding of role remediation, setting up of SAP Security processes.
• Experience in Apache Spark, Databricks Notebooks, Scala/Python Programming.
• Good understanding of Data Transformation and Processing.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and Scala/Python Programming.
• Experience in developing and implementing data pipelines and transformations on Databricks.

Desired Technology Skills:

• SAP R3 and Datasphere

Desired (but not mandatory) Industry Experience:

• CPG
