Job Description

McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) has an immediate opening for an experienced Systems Analyst to support of NUWCDIVNPT Code 40 (Submarine Launchers and Precision Missiles) projects. The successful candidate should have a technical background developed in a military (preferably US Navy) or private sector environment with experience analyzing system technical requirements, performance characteristics, and technical issues. Working with an integrated project team, you will propose system modifications and participate in the development and application of system changes and improvements. Also, candidates should have experience analyzing, categorizing, and tracking system performance, schedule, budget, safety and security risks. Some technical writing background would also be a plus as well experience analyzing technical documentation in order to identify technical changes and updates and/or to adjudicate comments generated from other project team members. Other relevant experience includes planning, scheduling and executing test events; as well as participating in project budget and schedule planning and monitoring.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a integrated project team

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with US Navy submarine launched missiles systems

Active Secret Clearance
